Good food and atmosphere

A very busy little café. The coffee was quite ordinary. We paid $9 for two regular size takeaway cappuccinos. I think as they were so busy they forgot to take the care and burnt our coffees as they were so hot. However, the staff were friendly and were very helpful about our enquiries regarding the cider they were selling. We got to try both varieties - the larger of the two bottles we purchased was made in the same way champagne in France is created and the other was a traditional still cider. Both very tasty. A little expensive but i always like to support local producers.

Really nice country cafe, relaxed atmosphere and good food and coffee. Well worth checking out if you're passing through or even just for something different from the Ballarat cafes (it's only a short drive).
