Terrible and traumatic experience. Dentist cleaned my teeth but didn't tell me I had chipped a tooth. A different dentist filled a different tooth but now its like I have an exposed nerve its so painful and he was so rough, it felt like I had a dislocated jaw for 2 days afterwards. Don't even want to rate this with any stars.

Best experience I'e ever had at a dentist. I'm not the best patient, so the time they took to explain everything to me, let me know how far through the treatment I was, constantly reassuring me I was doing OK and stopping for breaks was such a big help. It was great being able to have a treatment plan done up, so I know exactly how much I'll be charged each time - no surprises. And if you ask really nicely - they have a dragon they use with kids, and they'll let you hold it during your treatment if you're a total sook like me. And if you feel pain - tell them! They do stop, and will top up anaesthetic if needed. Took a lot of anxiety out of the visit for me.
