What an absolutely amazing hotel! This place is top notch and the staff is wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the ski village at Saalbachright by one of the main gondolas. So, perfect access to all four ski areas that make up Saalbach. I can't tell you how nice the staff was, they took care of our every need. Food was amazing, rooms were awesome. Just an all around great place! Shout out to the front desk staff, Kaur our bar tender, and Peter our server! Highly recommend this place. Oh, and the skiing was world class too!

The room was fantastic, the staff at the reception friendly. But the food, both at breakfast and dinner, was far below our expectations and compared to hotels in a similar price range: For example, the eggs at breakfast were definitely stretched (at least that's how they tasted), some of the dishes simply not lovely or tasty at all. The tables at breakfast/dinner are so close to one another, zero privacy, we expected much more comfort in this price range! The buffet tables for dinner and breakfast are right next to the elevator and, again, lack space. The overall variety of food is not really rich and/or delicate, but the bread was great! The staff at the dining tables was obviously not very well skilled, also the cleaning personnel not as they would enter the room several times without being asked to enter! The spa/sauna area is very, very small, five or six beds is far too little for the number of guest this hotel has! So some people had to stand around waiting until one of the beds was available. Bottom line: This hotel is trying very hard to be chic, but unfortunately misses the whole point of exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere plus quality on all fronts that other, really good hotels can offer. Unfortunately, this one is an obvious cash machine. Last but not least: You pay A LOT for drinks and when you ask the waiter to add a little bit more of ingredient X, he asks even more money with the comment "our drinks are mixed by a machine and I only press a button". Well, we won't come back.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal und der Service sind herausragend! Das Essen so wie auch die Zimmer sind ebenfalls außergewöhnlich!
Hier wird extrem viel Wert auf das Wohlbefinden des Gastes gelegt. Urlaub wie man ihn sich wünscht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Viele Grüße, Familie Schneider.
