This is in my opinion is the best hotel in the world. It has such nice staff and the owners are kind aswell. The atomsphere is out of this world. What an amazing place!

This is a lovely hotel, the staff are very kind and very friendly. Location is also incredibly convenient. They have a bunch of great touches too, like champagne on arrival, happy hours etc. Really happy to be here. The only downside is the woeful Internet (I've given up with it) and the rooms are a little small and dated. Otherwise, would happily return, especially if they can improve the Internet.

Great first day. Personalised welcome was informative. Very friendly and attentive staff. Enjoyable free afternoon cakes, fruit salad and hot food with salad. 5-course eveing meal. Two-minute walk or less to lake or town centre or train station.

I haven't been to the Tirolerhof for a few years so it is good to see that their standards have not dropped. The staff at the hotel are as helpful and friendly as ever. Reception staff are superb and their English certainly puts my German to shame. The room was comfortable, clean and had a lovely balcony. Food is superb and staff in the restaurant were lovely. It is a lovely, restful place and you feel at home as soon as you enter. Thank you all for a wonderful week.

Had the best time ever at the hotel! The staff were so lovely especially Miro and HR Karl. Rooms were fantastic with cosy beds. The pool facilities were great and my family had a lovely time.

Good food, nice pool, clean rooms, fast service. Wish they had a bigger selection of beer on tap, but otherwise everything is so great! There is a locker room for ski equipment and a spa on the top floor. Also the rooms come with slippers to walk to the pool or spa with, and a backpack to walk around town with.

Very enjoyable stay at your hotel. The rooms were well equipped and facilities excellent. The food was extremely good, the best hotel food I have had. Reception very helpful and knowledgeable and staff friendly. I enjoyed the pool/spa and the guided walks. Plenty to see and do in and around Zell am See either by cablecar, bus, train, boat or bike. .

It is a fantastic hotel for your ski holiday. The food served at the restaurant was excellent although my wife and I are not a big fan of traditional Austrian cuisine. The restaurant tried to give you something new every day and that was nice.
The rooms may disappoint you a bit if you are looking for something modern and stylish. It is not so spacious but definitely is comfortable and clean enough. We requested for a queen suite but eventually we got two twin beds (parked together though). We didn't bother to ask for a change.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
I highly recommend Tirolerhof. I will go back in my next trip to Zell Am See.response / report this review
