Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG (German pronunciation:[ˈliːdl̩]; UK: /ˈlɪdəl/ LID-əl), formerly Schwarz Unternehmenstreuhand KG, is a German global discount supermarket chain, based in Neckarsulm, Germany,[2] that operates over 10,000 stores across Europe, and expanded to the United States in 2017. It belongs to the holding company Schwarz Gruppe, which also owns the store chains Handelshof and hypermarket Kaufland.

Good place to purchase secondhand house hold things and to donate things you don't need any more .

If you need some stuff at low price and don't mind them being second hand, don't hesitate in going to this place!
Also, you would be doing a good thing, as the money goes to charity and development plans for people with less opportunities.

Sometimes I just go there to wander around for a few minutes and soak in that special flee market atmosphere :).

I especially like their policy to give people with a background of long-term unemployment and others with (social) disadvantages job possibilities.

Before you bring any of your things, check the list of what they might reject. They even take bulky stuff, like sofas, but they reserve their right to reject anything that is too broken or difficult to repair like some electronics.

They have some pricey stuff too, but most items are reasonably priced. I personally bought a nice little nightstand here (that fit perfectly with my other furniture) over five years ago. Cost me less than 10 bucks.
