It takes too long for them to bring my order but anything else is great especially the ice cream and the great view of the Danube.

Service here is really poor. They are really wasting such an amazing place with bad service. Some people were actually leaving while waiting for a waiter after 15 minutes, we waited a bit longer to get served. After the food arrived it was even hard to find any waiter again, when we asked for the pill, and after reminded two waiters we "were allowed" to pay. Never again, it's a pity but I don't support mediocre service which is never changing if you look at the reviews from years ago.

I would love to tell you about the food but we did not get to order. We waited for almost 30 minutes and nobody came. And its not like they are understaffed, the place is teeming with waiters and when we asked multiple waiters whether we can order, they just ignored us.

I love coming here because the food and drinks are always excellent and the location is so good. But the service really is appalling. I would love to give 5 stars, but the service staff seem to have no system to how they wait the tables, so you can only really get any attention by waving someone over when they are frantically going past your table, and then you might not see them again for half an hour. It's not even that they are rude, there just seems no direction, management should really address this issue, it would be so easy to improve!
