This is a gorgeous classic Vienna apartment. It is really lovely. when you first enter it has a beautifully renovated staircase in the classic vienna style, with a lift that I was very grateful for. the place itself is clean homely comfortable very well kitted out (proper tiled shower for instance) really really nice. Peaceful location but really easy to get everywhere (10 mins on the Ubahn to the centre of town) in fact if the weather is nice its good to walk. Lovely bio market and greengrocer just down the street selling Austrian produce. I always loved that area, its either in or near the second district. It was super good for the VIC UNO city for any potential guests who need to get there. If you go to vienna in the summer, its a stone throw from Alte Donau where all the Gänsehäufl is (I think that how you spell it!). Michael was easy to get get hold of and really helpful and nice if you needed him but basically we were left totally to our own devices that personally I really like. Thanks Michael for providing such a lovely space!

Great place, nice and clean, has everything you need. Very good location, close to ubahn and markets, also there are several restaurants near by.

This is the second time I've stayed at Vienna Apts. This time in Haus Max, for 3 weeks. Both apts have been well equipped and comfortable. Great location, close to the Danube for a jog & a swim and to the VIC, where I was working. Was a lot warmer in Vienna than where I'd come from in the southern hemisphere, but the promptly provided fan fixed that. Communication was excellent before and throughout my stay. Highly recommended and would certainly stay here for a third time.

Great family friendly apt in Vienna, quiet and clean. We stayed comfortably with 3 kids, it has all the basics you need to enjoy Vienna. Right next to a huge public playground, the Prater amusement park a short walk, and easy to get to the subway and bus lines. Stores, restaurants all nearby!

Not really satisfied with flat.
Positive:
-reasonable price
-not so far to city center
-grocery stores in the neighborhood
-close to Prater
Negative:
Although we booked the apartment months ago, on the day we arrived there was no warm water in the flat and the lights in toilette and bathroom were broken. I phoned the number provided to me and the lady said she will not fix it on that day. So we couldnt use the toilette and take shower. She came later the other day to collect the money and turned on the warm water valve and the electricity switch. She could just say it on the phone :/
Overall, we havent have a good experience.
Ps. Dont stay there in winter. We had wind coming from the windows, while they were closedresponse / report this review -

Apartment Rose has a great location in Vienna with an amusement park and a Viennese giant ferris wheel nearby. We reached most of the sightseeings on foot from Neue Burg to Belvedere Palace, finishing with Danube Tower. We really liked a bit old-fashioned furniture in the amparment which added a local atmosphere and everything in the aparment was as described. We were satisfied about its home applliances and respected the property. Finally, Mr Fischer does a quick communication job, is a great and a mindful host. Frau Martina is a helpful, an understanding and a caring lady we had honour to meet. We would stay at Aparment Rose again. Thank You!

I was in apartment 33 and the cleaning was a little bit doggy.
As such it was not bad, but there was no freezer to make ice cubes (I hate warm gin tonic) and the heating switched off during the night or in the late morning, even if the temperature outside it was negativeresponse / report this review -

We recently stayed in apartment 42 which was 107 stairs up and down once or 3 times a day! We stayed fit walking in the city and doing the stairs. The ongoing renovations will improve the curb-side appeal; however, even now the construction didn't bother us. The apartment was quaint,. tidy, and well located for our conference at Messe Wein and for any sight-seeing we did. The close proximity of the underground made it very convenient. The apartment was spacious, the bed was amazing and the bedroom was quiet (despite the proximity to roads, a park and the construction). The apartment was clean, the shower pressure was great, and the free internet was better than most hotels (fast and reliable). We enjoyed some excellent food and wine/beer at very reasonable prices nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice apartments, if you prefer more a flat than a hotel room then it's right for you. In each apartment there is a well furnished kitchen. The position is ideal, close to the center, the nearest metro station is about 5 minutes on foot. The only thing which is missing is the lift, but it is already in construction.

This is the second time I've stayed in one of the Vienna Apartments. Very comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Having compared notes with my colleagues, I've reached the conclusion that quite a few notable international Habsburg historians have stayed in these apartments. Will rent one again when I'm back in Vienna next.

We enjoyed a lot in this hotel apartment during our 2 weeks of stay,availability of furniture/ kitchen/ facilities/good shower/good size room sitting and bed room/good location and good park view/good price. I am satisfied from my selection and I propose to others choose this hotel apartment. I award number 9 out of 10 '
