The best place I have ever stayed!!! No smoke (a rarity in Europe) 100% organic and locally sourced food whenever possible and the best bathtub I ever had the honor to use!

Really beautifully appointed room. Very clean and quiet. Centrally situated to train station. Friendly staff. All items at breakfast are organically sourced. Couldn't fault my stay in any way at all. Very impressed. Thank you so much!

Stayed 3 nights in this comfortable hotel with a lavish breakfast which we really enjoyed. It was very close to the metro station. The only drawback was that we had to carry our luggage over quite a few steps at the entrance and then some more to get to our room. But overall it was a very nice stay.

We stayed 5 nights in August and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and well appointed, the view over the little garden made it quiet, and the breakfast had a decent variety. The staff in particular were very helpful and friendly both at reception and at breakfast time. While we would have liked to have stayed in the Centre, this hotel is only 3 station stops from the Centre, and that worked fine, because the station was 30 seconds walk from the hotel. We would have no hesitation staying here again.

We had a superior room on the back of the original building over the garden. It was large and wonderful, with a balcony looking down on the garden, which is really the shared backyards of several houses. Our daughters had a regular room on the front of the building, which was fine, but our room was certainly worth the price difference. The breakfast is simple and delicious with many organic and local foods served in a beautiful atmosphere.

This hotel is in an excellent location - very quiet but only a block from the subway. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Hotel Spiess.

Great hotel , will come and stay again. Really good being so close to the underground. Lovely garden room. Very friendly and helpful young ladies on the desk. Great beds, bath and breakfast.

Very comfortable stylish bright rooms, especially room with fireplace we had.
The room was very clean, everything we needed was found where it was expected.
Fireplace and rich selection of coffee and tea in the room with welcome spice-cakes warmed us after long walks through the Vienna.
Very friendly and helpful staff, warm harmonious atmosphere made us feel relaxed and totally happy.

It was very nice , comfortable stay at Hotel Speiss and Speiss . The Owner , Roland is a very friendly man who cooks awesome breakfast . The receptionists were very firendly and gave a lot of tourism advice . The hotel is very clean and comfortable and close to Rohuschgasse metro Station . The Breakfast is just amazing .

My garden view room was clean and more than comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was great for easy quick access to the centre of town as well as interedting local walks. Staff were always helpful and responsive. Big ticks on all fronts.

Daniela is AWESOME! She was so enthusiastic and helpful, and gave my friend and I great dinner recommendations and took care of the reservations for us. The rooms are gorgeous -- beautiful balcony and great AC which you don't always get in Europe. Convenient location on a quiet street.
