Rinomato centro termale appena fuori villach a 15-20 minuti dal confine con l italia.
Possibilitá di fare terme e/o piscina. Self service per mangiare e area piscine per bambini. Acqua a 32-34 gradi. Tre scivoli per adultiresponse / report this review -

We stayed in the king suite: really lovely! The price was totally worth it: access to the thermal area, spa and fitness area. Loved the spa above all. The pool was crowded as expected from the high season, but we found the sauna and the hammam unexpectedly empty, which was great of course.
The restaurant and the breakfast was completely average for a 4 star hotel and the staff was nice and polite. The lady at the check in was particularly courteous and kind.
Extremely recommended for a relaxing break from the daily routine, with or without kids.response / report this review -

Wonderful spa & hotel!!

At arrival we were welcomed by the receptionist who explained every important detail of the spa, such as the opening times of the swimmingpool and gym. Also we received 3x€20 discount on spa treatments (since we were with 3 persons).
When arriving at the restaurant, we got to know our seat for the week, and we were approached by friendly staff who seemed to have a never ending source of energy and motivation.
Rooms are extremely clean, nothing to make any remarks about. Everything you can expect from a spa: bodylotion and drinkable water from a local source.
The Spa was enormously clean as well, no dust or stain to detect. A nice combination for children and grown-ups: a slide with timing and an outdoor park for the kids, and lovely relaxation places for the grown-ups.
It's only unfortunate that the spa becomes hot during daytimes. But combined with the rest, this is forgiven easily.
Staff is very friendly, always greet you when they see you. Just perfect!response / report this review -

Excepțional! O locație perfecta de vacanta sau chiar weekend,pentru familii cu copii mici, piscine interioare, exterioare chiar și iarna cu apa perfecta, tobogane. Personal extrem de amabil. Mâncarea foarte buna. Camerele în special cele de familie sunt foarte mari, curate, mobilier nou. Curățenia este la ea acasă peste tot.O locație de 5 stele.

Hotel ottimo. Personale cordiale che sa anche l'italiano. Stanze pulite. Ristorante ottimo. Comodo anche per la posizione in cui si trova cioè vicino alle terme.
