Beautiful and historical. The resturant was wonderful. The breakfast was a full spread! The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The front staff was helpful and kind. The hotel was within walking get distance to other restaurants and shops. The town overall was small and charming.

Directly in the city center of villach and yet affordable prices. Parking in the evening was ok, could be different during the afternoon. Food was enough and tasty. Everyone of our group left with a good feeling. Ambiance was ok but nothing too special. I can recommand this place for dinner, didnt stay a night tho.

Had a charming Austrian appeal, nice rooms although a bit small (typical European hotel room size). Very helpful staff. Breakfast was great with lots of breads, meats, fruits and omelettes to your specifications.

Beware of their cancellation fees. This hotel is not felixable at all even if you want to rebook for a different date. They are unresponsive (They don't answer email, their phone or even their front door) So make sure your days are exactly right, or they will make you pay 75% of your room fee.
