Legendary breakfast buffet is a joke. My room had no curtains, the air-con is loud and you can't switch it off. The shower is crappy and feels as if it can break down when you try to adjust it.
Staff was friendly though.

Fine for the price. Good location and breakfast. Room a bit outdated. Not the best organised hotel - was given a room that already had someone in there. But then was upgraded for the inconvenience. They need to fix the garden in the middle. It has much potential.

Without a doubt the best air conditioned room throughout our EU tour. The acs in the rooms in almost all other hotels we stayed at just barely kept us comfortable. This one was perfect.

Classy and chicthey have no restaurant but they serve breakfast and it was quite a spreadWiFi was goodstaff was helpful for guiding to local places

If you like nice quiet place close to city centre this is a great hotel. Room was nice and clean, bed comfortable and staff really professional and friendly

I've seen it already - tons of Vienna's local guides rate it great. Do you believe local people stay at the hotel in their hometown?! Dirty, no balconies (it's emergency exit staircase), ignorant staff 2 stars max

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Vienna. Metro station at the of the street and within 10mins you're in the center of Vienna. Also loads of hip bars and restaurants at either end of the street. Free parking in front of the hotel from Saturday till Monday morning 9 am.

Ok modern and clean hotel with big rooms. Close to horrible shopping district, but also many good restaurants. A good 20 min walk to city center. Not very good bed and mediocre breakfast.
