DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) Scam beware. Told them, I want to get charged in Euros. But they charged me in Pounds. They were unable to cancel transaction. Bad customer service!!!!

Truly horrible experience when purchasing earrings and bracelets recently from the first floor of the shop. A typically Asian looking woman in spectacles, who evidently was the first floor sectional manager, disregarded our request to keep some selections pending for final purchase and rudely put them back in the display racks. Her attitude was evidently condescending, bordering towards being racist, since she was behaving similarly with other Asian clients. When checking out with our purchases at the floor below, the cashier clerk lady was the rudest we have ever encountered anywhere within our country or anywhere else in our wide travels through the world, again making us feel belittled and humiliated because of the way we looked, despite paying through debit card and not seeking any undue favor. If this be the attitude of clerks at a luxury renowned store with people being humiliated despite their eagerness to purchase and being able to afford large purchases at ease, I wonder what this iconic brand has in store for its future. Feel some politeness and helpful attitude by clerks is more important than anything else in a store that wishes to sell lifestyle products at premium prices. I wouldn't go to a Swarovski store again, whether in Vienna or anywhere else in the world, and would also recommend others from staying away! Their staff have become complacent and have started taking things for accepted, which inter alia spells doom for the brand!!

Large collection of crystal products. Be aware that all these are actually just glass! It's never real crystal.

Nevertheless, the design and workmanship are great. They all look nice. just don't be fooled by the commercials,THESE ARE GLASS, period.
