I went to get my tax refund from Global Blue instead of wasting time in the airport. Despite my several travels, this is the first time to cash my VAT refund from the city. It was very smooth and easy and the lady who served me was very professional and explained the whole process of what to do in the airport.

Very nice place to get your shopping on. Cool brands great selection. Staff is OK, not super helpful, might need some training in sales. A huge selection that at times can be confusing. Anyway it's very central so a must see in Vienna.

Nice view, but not good service. Keep forgetting what you ordered. Different waiters forget what you ordered. Reasonable view, not as nice as sold. Food is good.

I bought my husband an expensive Ralph Lauren shirt which he wore the next day. However, when he took it off, he noticed a pulled thread which had formed a small hole. We returned to Steffl two days later (as the following day was the feast of Corpus Christi and the store was closed). The garment was obviously faulty, and we were suspicious as it was the only one of its kind on the rail in medium ( the most popular size). The staff, especially the male employee, refused a refund, as that is what I preferred, and offered to mend it! I wasn't happy with that and eventually all they offered us were 30 euros. If the shirt had been a cheap one, I wouldn't have bothered, but when one is spending designer prices from a 'so called' reputable store

If you need to know if they have something you are looking for in store just two advices
1 don' t call them as they will just tell you to come ( as guys there are obviously too stupid of ignorant to know what they have in store ! They do not even know if they have the brand you are asking for!) or be able to move their Fat ass to check it !
2 if a client is calling you with the intention to visit your store you better try to give your best to provide the minimum of information , especially if the client is looking to spend 3 000 euros on a Item!so having said that you better go anywhere else than this place!
Special thanks to this IGNORANT Moran who obviously is not more than what he is ( not even a sales guys apparently ) probably good to go back home in the evening and eat chips on a sofa complaining about how difficult clients are! Houses high-end brands (Tommy Hilfiger, Marco Polo, Armani,) Layout is spacious with multi floors for designated items (bags)

Great store has so much in the way of fashion and Quality clothes for both Men and Women at all price levels.
I found the prices much higher than London..you could spend a couple of hours just mooching around.
The staff are so nice and helpful.
Set in a pedestrian walkway amongst many other shops and restaurants.
Dont bother with a car not needed.
Metro system great.and on time
Best time to go is of course Xmas
