The only good thing about this store is its central location. The selection is rather poor, the prices are high and the lady that seems to run the store is not very helpful or friendly.
Also, beware that you cannot return purchased goods for anything other than a coupon that is only valid in this very store, not even online.response / report this review -

The sale assistant S will show you her very ugly face if you simply want to change something! I believe especially if you are tourist you feel unwelcomed! Please learn to behave! Apart of that you won't find all you need not a big variety of products! Not recommended!

The only North Face in Vienna. Very expensive products and not that much choice (size, colors) Unfriendly staff. Acting as North Face is a luxury products brand I would recommend to anyone to avoid it and purchase via internet.
