An adequate hotel. Neat old building, but everything now feels quite dated. Room was small, but not too bad. Felt a touch musty. Staff was mixed. Some were wonderful, some rather abrupt. Breakfast was fine. Location was perfect for boat to Bratislava, but a bit of a walk from main destinations in Vienna.
Clean property. Great staff. Good breakfast. Little bit far from sightseeing
It as a good hotel, reasonably well located (4 minutes from a metro station, and 15 minutes from the city centre), and with great service and breakfast. I didn't enjoy much the room itself: it had a funny smell, very old furniture, and in bad taste for my opinion, no kettle for coffee/tea, very small TV in a hard to use place. The bed was comfortable, so it's ok to use as an excellent bed and breakfast, but not as much as a 4 star hotel
+ Breakfast and location are good.
- The room is definitely not what you expect in a 4 star hotel! The room was small and it smelled. The decor was outdated and disfuncional. There was a tiny TV in a corner of the room, literally facing nowhere. An old couch where you could feel the wooden parts as you sit and with dirty fabric. You also have no way of preparing a tea or coffee in the room and they charge you for preparing one yourself in the lobby. Added to this you need to go to reception to ask for basic things such as conditioner.
Everything is good , location is perfect next to the station The only negative poont is that the rooms arw very tight
Excellent service. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Tiny rooms.
Affordable Clean Convinent
Try the breakfast and you will not regret it! Long breakfast time
Comfortable , Friendly and Very Central . Lived up to our expectations !
Brilliant hotel well worth the money & close to city. Great breakfast, nice rooms, very friendly staff. Would recommend.
Great customer service and they were very accommodating for our needs. Their breakfast is fantastic! They also helped us with directions, buying symphony tickets, and ordering a taxi.
