Stayed between 19 to 25th oct
Not welcomed at reception. Expressionless faces. Don’t even want to talk. Didn’t give any information at time check In.
Entire hotel has very very dirty carpets.
Not worth it.

Friendly staff. Efficiently run. Clean and well apportioned rooms. Good breakfast. Also the meeting rooms which are on the top floor are very good too.

A good and modern Novotel. Well located in the center of Vienna. To be noted is the very good restaurant 5 senses located in the hotel. Very fine and thought through dishes, with a modern cuisine touch. Definitely worth to go!
I wish all Novotels had such a qualitative restaurant!

Central position , clean and quiet rooms, fast elevators. Only 2.0 m high parking clearance , but one can find very close Uniqa 2.1 m high clearance (i have VW Tiguan + roof luggage box and needed that 2.1m) Otherwise nice place

Good location with easy access on foot to the offices I was visiting. Room was adequate, perhaps a little on the small side but quite ok. Clean and nice. Attentive, polite and helpful staff. Good hotel.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children (3y and 1y) in November 2016. We then upgrade to family room, with one double bed and one sofa bed. Both bed were good, but the room itself was quite small so we didn't have space to put our luggage. Clothes closet was small too, there was barely enough room for the winter jackets. The room was modern, look exactly like the picture on the website, and the cleaning lady does her job really good. The receptionist was really nice and helped us with our needs. The city center and U Bahn Stations are within walking distance, restaurants are around the corner.

Overall it's an okay hotel. Bed was comfy. The shower was weird and took longer than usual to operate. Front office staff was very helpful. The door to the bathroom was awkward and had a gap, carpet had stains.

My stay was very clean, not a big fan of the carpet, but the bathroom and beds were really nice. Breakfast that was included was not too shabby, freshly baked croissants and cold yoghurt and a variety of toppings for your bread. Location is really nice, of course you may experience loud noise considering you're in the city. But ambient noise helps me sleep so I can't complain. Overall pretty good for the price.

Couldn't sleep well, very noisy Not conscience - it's at district 2 Price not comparable with your experience.
Room not clean either, found nails on carpets and hair on bed sheet - seriously!!!!
