Clean rooms, average food quality, bathroom can be improved. Close to highway, good for one night stand if you're not too picky.

Old rooms with old furniture but brand new TV. The bath is old too. Overall, it is nice for a night stay, but no more. Crappy WiFi.

I stayed there for 1 week in June 2013 in the Feriernwohnung. Overall it is a clean, family friendly place and I would stay there again. We brought our car and found it a useful reference point to explore the Austrian Lakes. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant as our apartment had kitchen facilities - the food in the restaurant looked like typical Austrian fare delivered to a moderate standard. The hotel provided various activities, including horse riding, table tennis and it even has its own little farm en site. Don't be put off by close proximity of the hotel to the Autobahn as there is little noise interference. Despite our limited knowledge of German, the owner made us feel welcome and was friendly. The hotel would be a good place for any family to stay in for a holiday in Austria provided they had a car - the hotel is that little bit isolated from shops and bars and although there was a bus from the road outside the hotel it would be difficult if you were relying on public transport so see all of the area in a limited time frame.
