The two stars are only for the view, swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi
Apart from that, a cold deal and staff behavior as cold as Austria's snow in January not only that they lied about hotel detail in booking and Expedia they try to mislead and hide important information such as the apartment buildings are far from the main building (which contains services like the spa swimming pool and restaurant ) for at least ten minutes, The apartment have no telephone connection to the hotel or umbrellas and are not cleaned daily it even does not have a lift so if you are in the 4th floor then good luck carrying your Heavy bags upstairs. A lake view ha ha ha. ( small windows high up need to stand to see the view ) there is no receptions at the apartment building only Cleaning lady that are difficult to communicate with This hotel is trying tho foul visited by selling them an expensive rooms in other building far away and claiming it's having same standard as the hotel they should have 2 account one for hotel and other for the apartments with 2 different prices cause they are totally different, In short there are other options that are far better at the same Lake location and with less priceresponse / report this review -

For $450 a night, I would have expected much more. The room was boiling hot the whole night because of a broken heater system and we were given a loud fan to cool the room. Furthermore the beds were uncomfortable and the room was small and unsatisfactory. Even though the outdoor recreation activities were nice and good, the price is way too high.

The Hotel is very considerate,every room has
Chocolate and coat and bathrobes,and in the corner of hall ,the umbrella is free whenever
You need,there are apples on the front desk
,the swimming pool and spa are comfortable
I am enjoy it,wonderful views ,if you want , jump to the lake,it's safe
And the restaurant is elegant and quite,the dinners tastes like French cooking,exquisite and charming

Great find! If you like swimming, walking, cycling, gym, touch of lux and a good food, you've probably come to the right place. Hotel is not lux in a Hilton sort of way, more comfortable in an Austrian sort of way. Lake front bathing and lounging are top (more weather dependent this side of the Alps). Lake is great for distance swimming 20c (July), and deep 20m. Bike hire + Electric bikes seems to come free with your stay, couple of good routes are worth exploring, just ask at the rental shop. Worth mentioning Hotel Spa etc are very good (Sauna overlooks the Lake). Breakfast and half broad Dining very solid, we mixed it up with some local restaurants in the evening (lighter dining!). Hotel has a gourmet restaurant which we thought looked a bit old school (we didn't investigate by dining) + had Michelin prices without the stars. Little Hotel shop is also worth investigating, it's full of hotel goodies (the Hazelnut Spread is divine!).

We had the best stay of our lives at this beautiful hotel in June 2016 for our wedding. We used both the apartment and a hotel room. Beautiful decor, excellent caring staff and the facilities are amazing! We used the spa area and pool in the lake numerous times. The food is absolutely delicious too. Our wedding cake was stunning. We were given some lovely gifts upon departure. We were very thankful for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful hotel on the shore of the lake. The spa and pool is one of its kind which is built on the lake and a different experience.

I travelled 75 countries, seeing many hotels, this is the best. Oh what a view And who could think of a heated pool in the lake ;)
We had my birthday dinner at the Romantik Restaurant of the hotel with my husband, amazing view great food and very nice service, nice people

I have been here a few times and I can say it's the best place I have ever stayed at. It has an amazing atmosphere, very friendly staff, excellent food and exceptional, spectacular views. And I can't wait to go again
