Excellent hotel, convenient central location, close to messe graz (cross the road) and many other touristic places, historical castle, etc. There is a clean McDonald's cross the road closing after midnight. Kind stuff and clean environment, parking provided.

The hotel is located in a great place , it is clean and employs friendly staffs . The serve a tasty coffee ☕ mainly espresso and the young girl Hannah, she made a Coffee latte, and it was one of the best latte I have drunk in my life!!!

Was expecting more of this hotel. Small room dark, not enough light. Internet wifi is poor and you have to wait like 5 minutes before the hot water becomes hot.

Bar bone rooms and what I consider cold/ugly decor. WiFi was horrible and they block vpn's, so don't plan on working remotely.

All in all the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.. Good points: I was allowed to check in early which was excellent, and most of the staff are friendly. The rooms are also clean and well presented. The best thing is probably the tourist safety advice in the welcome pack. Bad points: Breakfast is €15. Parking is €9 and we are not near the centre of Graz. No room service: a kind member of staff offered to bring dinner to my room but was then overuled by a colleague. Terrible.. The whole Roomz experience is style over substance.. The owners could learn a lot from Hotel Bokan, where I stayed last night, a third cheaper, with breakfast included. Yes Bokan is older, but it has character and is not so revenue driven..

The hotel is new, modern and pretty neat. The rooms was spacious and comfortable and the staff is nice and professional. It took us about 20 minutes on foot (maybe 5 with the tram which costs 2,70 EUR) to get to the main square in the old town (Hauptplatz). Eventually there were some trains passing by since there is a railway just behind the hotel, but the windows (and the curtains) were very good, so it did not bothered us. Overall it was a pretty good hotel and I would stay there again. The only annoying things were 1) their weird WiFi connection rule: the username/password changes every 48h. Sometimes we came back late and wanted to check our emails, then we realised our passwords were not valid anymore. We had to go down and ask for the new one; 2) expensive breakfast (15 EUR per person).

This year during my business trips to Graz I was guest in the Roomz several times. The hotel is modern, clean and good located. The "standard" room is nice, the flat on the last floor is really great. The staff is very friendly and the buffet breakfast is a pleasure.
