That's a classic turist trap. Extremely expensive, especially the drinks. For 500ml cola you pay 6 Euros and on top of this it was with some stuff floating. Although they pretended to change it, it was the same after that. The food was ok but nothing spectacular. You can get the same type of pizza to-go from the place in front, but twice cheaper.

The staff moved us for a different table saying that it was reserved but nobody ever appeared. To pay they overcharged because we were paying with credit card. Expensive pizza You definitely can find better in Vienna.

If you like Italian food it's OK. Usually is very crowdy. Good location in very center of old Vienna.

A lot of selections of Italian dishes. The manager was very friendly and humorous. They would also brought you a surprise if you go there for your birthday.

I was here a 2 years with my British and American friend and we tried to have something to eat. But the watier was very rude and told to leave. A terrible place to eat! Never going to visit Austria because of that :(

Not a great experienc, as whilst eating our starters, they tried to bring the main courses out. The food was then left on the bar, until we had finished are starters.
So of course the food was cold.
The wine that the waiter recommended, the cork snapped off on opening, so we was served wine with cork in.
On speaking to the waiter all he said was, sorry, and that was it and walked off.
    No explanation or anything else.
Very disappointed in the waiters attitude after the complaint.
The waiter did admit the food came out too early but was returned to the kitchen. Which it was, but only after being left on the bar and was certainly not reheated
,When we were paying our bill, there was no offer of any gratitude, after accepting that the food had come out too early.
We feel that they didn't care about our complaint, as we were tourists, and they would not be seeing us again.
We did did explain we would be putting this on trip advisor, due to the lack of compassion of our complaint.

Can't complain about the food, one of the best pizzas I've had. Staff are rude and just don't look like they want to be there. When we paid, they gave us the card machine then took it off us and selected 'yes' taking a 10% tip without asking when the only person who deserved a tip was the chef.

Very nice Italian restaurant, but prices are what you would expect for something so central and close to Stephansdom. The seating area downstairs is much bigger than you would think. The wait staff were very friendly and the food was nice.
