Very nice rooms, but the hotel is poorly run, especially given the premium price. No 24 hr reception, no tea/ coffee after hours, aggressive service at breakfast. Good lake views, though, and free parking.

There is nothing wrong with that hotel. Great location, rooms, breakfast and the personal was very friendly and polite.

Rooms are big and clean. Restaurant is very good, a bit expensive but with high quality of food and nice presentation of the dishes. Amazing view of the lake from both the rooms and the restaurant terrace

das Hotel hat sehr großzügige Zimmer, leider war meines etwas abgewohnt. Ausserdem waren in meinem Zimmer sowohl in der Dusche als auch im Waschbecken die Abflüsse verstopft. Das Gratis-WLAN ist sooooo langsam, dass man damit nicht mal mit Outlook Mails vernünftig empfangen kann, und im Fernseher gibt es nur 8 Sender, von denen die Hälfte stark rauscht. Dafür war der Ausblick toll, und das Abendessen überragend (wenn auch teuer)!

Simplesmente não havia ninguém no hotel. na recepção ou quer que seja. chave fornecida dentro de uma caixa na rua não correspondia ao do quarto alugado. não forneceram informação em inglês mesmo sabendo que clientes de foram viriam.
