Unparalleled experience. We spent 4 nights of our Honeymoon here and the experience was exquisite beginning with Mr. Singer himself greeting us at check in, the to the wonderful spa experience, to the 5 star dinner every night. They even planned an amazing picnic for us by a waterfall at the end of a beautiful hike. I cannot say enough about this place and we will absolutely be back. Oh, and the sommelier Thomas is AMAZING!! So helpful!

Stayed here in August 2013 and had a wonderful time. The views from our room on the top floor were spectacular, even in though it was foggy and rainy. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and gracious. Our room had a nice seating area and the bed was very comfortable. My one complaint was that the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. The food each day was very well done. Be prepared for a long, multi-course European dinner. We found it enjoyable, but it may seem a bit old-school for some. Given that we were there during a quiet time of year, it was easy to find free parking in the public lot across from the ski lift.
