  A small group from Canada arranged bike rental in October. There was confusion with the booking upon arrival, but staff were extremely helpful and the issue quickly resolved. Service was great and quick to provide friendly advice on cycling in area. Thank you to Sven and team!

  Wir haben uns heuer im Frühjahr bei Radsport Wagner jeweils 1 neues Stadt- Straßenfahrrad gekauft. Groß war die Freude. Die Freude hielt allerdings nicht sehr lange an. Sehr schnell wurde klar, dass die Fahrräder äußerst dürftig zusammengeschraubt waren, sodass sogar eine sehr gefährliche Straßensituation herbeigeführt wurde. weil die Lenkung nach 4 Monaten locker wurde. Das Vertrauen in anfallende Wartungs- u. Reparaturarbeiten ist somit verspielt, zudem die Freundlichkeit von einigen Mitarbeitern eher von rescher Natur ist.

  War erst wegen der negativen Bewertungen skeptisch, dann hat mir eine Bekannte die Werkstatt empfohlen. Hingegangen, sofort bedient worden und sofort erkannt, dass der Vorgänger das falsche Schaltwerk (!) eingebaut hatte. Rad dort gelassen, SMS-Benachrichtung kam inklusive Preis pünktlich und bei der Abholung hat dann alles gepasst. Gerne wieder.

  Thanks to the guys at the shop.
  I rented a city bike to explore the fantastic cycle paths south and north of Salzburg on my recent trip and it was the best way to see some of the wonderful sites off the beaten path.
  The bike was in top shape, well maintained and good price.
  If you are looking to rent a bike for a day or longer while in Salzburg I would highly recommend these guys.
