Took 30 minutes for schnitzel and hour for grill plate. Very bad service. We will not come back here to eat.

Service staff was a little rude, the coffee was bad and the breakfast and dinner buffets was bad as well. The area was very nice though.

Don't book at this hotel unless you're shooting a "Hotel Hell" reality show.
I made a reservation for a 3 stars hotel but they gave me a totally different one. When I called them, the manager was really rude. They lied to me and then even shouted at me and told me "It's high season, if you don't like this one, get out and find a different place."
So I did. Best decision of my life.

Book a 3-star room in a contryside hotel through a travelagency. Got sent to a 1-star room in another location in the middel of a town with a view to a backyeard. When, through my travelagency, insisting on staying in the booked (and payed for) place, I got the worst room in the hotel. Again 1-star standard and view to a wall.

The reception was rude and all staff seemed unhappy and stressed.

Wow I was totally surprised! It was cheap and i was kind of scared But it was great! We could eat all day. I ate the best cake of my life. The people are really friendly.

It is visible, that this is old hotel where nobody cares aboud cleaning. room 434 was terrible. no water in bathroom was working. everywhere is allowed to smoke and not childrens friendly. any compliances without any response from manager.
