Location was very good for our purposes, travelling by car it's just minutes from the A2. Plenty of parking space - albeit difficult to find free spot, it was very busy. Excellent restaurant downstairs, very popular and crowded. It's not cheap (water is 5,30€ a bit excessive), but high quality. Rooms are not anything fancy, but sufficient for short stay. Staff both in restaurant and hotel is trying hard to make you happy, but especially at evenings.
They are marked as 4 stars hotel, but it is difficult to see from where those stars are from. Rooms are basic, only water in the fridge, some rooms are not in the same building, with directly from outside, so it feels like cheap motel. During checkin, we got nice person but fairly disoriented, adding to that very loud water nearby (artificial waterfall) - it took a while to get it sorted. Finally, in our premium room somebody opened the window and left, resulting in temperature around 15 degrees Celsius, with heaters turned off. It took really good while to reach livable temperature inside.response / report this review -

Es ist sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wenn man Essen geht sollte man vorher reservieren weil gerade am Wochenende ein großer Andrang ist. Parkplätze sind wenig, aber das Personal findet immer eine möglichkeit

I would not name this hotel, it looks more like a guesthouse. The rooms in the attic are very warm, portable Air Conditioning I can not handle.In the corridor ubiquitous smell of cigarettes.One star for stopping with dogs. Restaurant - typical Chinese restaurant - Plenty of food on the plate.

Sauces tasted cheap and without flavor. Vegetables not cooked enough. Mushrooms served unwashed. There is enough vegetarian options at the buffet though so that was a huge plus.

Aa great place to have a bite to eat, good variety of food. There should be something for everyone's taste. My only gripe:. it's overcrowded and pretty busy. if you are a bigger group i wouls recommend reserving a table. There's enough parking to go by car. (Not sure if it can be reached with public transport that easily)

Kiwano is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to it's a shame it's so far from where I live!
The fusion concept is well thought out, the freshness and quality of the food is quite impressive, and the sauce/color coded clip idea is very unique. The prices are very reasonable and quite frankly I'm surprised it doesn't cost more! For dinner I had fresh steak, fresh sushi (delicious by the way), multiple types of fish, chicken breast, muscles, many different types of vegetables, and much more. For dessert we tried some of everything and dipped fruit in their huge chocolate fountain.
After dinner we stayed until closing enjoying a few different bottles of vintage Austrian white wine from the Kiwano wine cellar as well as some very smooth Korean schnapps.
I would highly recommend Kiwano and I will definitely be going back. As a matter of fact, my wife and I are already planning on taking a train back to Graz just to go to this restaurant before we fly home!response / report this review -
