This hotel is really 5 stars worthy. Fantastic hotel, room, view from the hotel room, service, staff members, etcetera. The problem with the tv was solved immediately.

Spacious room on the top floor with ensuite bathroom and monsoon shower. Modern lobby and excellent breakfast room assortment with buffet and also waitering service with hot dishes (omelets, eggs benidict and pancakes). Excellent situation at the centre of Viena, next to Cafe Central. 5 minutes to Spanish horse riding attraction and monumental museums and 10 minutes walk to the newly pedestrianised shopping centre area. The only downside will be lack of staff at the bar area taking in consideration pre-Christmas parties happening around the city.

Great service- everyone I met was incredibly helpful. Poor building- no hot water the night I arrived, TV did not turn on and the light in the closet freaked out and flickered incesently.

5-star is different - the hotel is clean, more or less modern, the breakfast is good and the breakfast service is friendly. But that's where it ends. The TV did not work properly and the maintenance staff only mentioned this is as good as it gets - kind of "be happy and shut up". The receptionist tried to save the situation with a free drinks voucher - without being prompted, the barman then highlighted immediately that the voucher would not go for more than a beer or a glass of wine. Right, that's what they understand of a 5-star property?

DO NOT STAY HERE In the summer the ac is wholly I adequate it was literally hot in our rooms.i went down and spoke with maintenance they said when it's hot the can't cool. It was cold last night and it wasn't cool then either. They guy at the front desk pretends it's not hot as he is sitting there sweating. I told them if they advertise ac then they should have it functional to normal standard. The answer they gave was this is as good as you should expect in Europe which is total nonsense as I spend every summer here traveling to multiple countries. They also refused to refund the remaining nights so I could go elsewhere. Also my key car to my room stopped functioning.

Clean and close to everything in the city center. Breakfast is rather expensive, compared to other local options unless purchased as a package deal with your room.

Rooms and location of the hotel is excellent. However the cervice in the restaurant is very, very slow. Quality of food good though.

Pros:
- Best possible location (within up to 5 minutes walk from all tourist attractions).
- Beautiful big rooms (everything seemed new and nicely designed).
Cons:
- The housekeeping and cleanliness weren't at the level I expect at this price level (not a disaster but too many issues for a 4 nights stay).
- Some rooms have weird bath setting (a bath near the window with no real curtain so you cannot take a shower standing up).

Got a free upgrade, room is huge and cozy, love how the toilet floor is warmed on heater during winter. Location is strategic with walking to distance to shops and many good point of interest! Staff are very friendly! Definitely will be back :)

Bit pricey, mini bar only soft drinks waste of time upgrading to this. Good breakfast staff friendly and try to help as much as they can. Note when getting a cab from airport ask for foxed price it will save up to 10 euros.
