  Nothing fancy, room was ok but very dark, impossible to not put the lights on. Buffet breakfast was good.

  Perfect location, walking distance from many sights down town (Hofburg palace, the opera, Saint Stephen church, parliament building, museums district etc).
  Very quiet place.
  We were informed by e-mail that additional cost for parking our car is 25 € per night.

  Although the space was what you expect from a 4* hotel, the service didn't match it. The battery that operates the hotel door died and we got locked out from the room until the next morning. They provided another room that didn't match the original one. The next morning I went to reception where I was told that the lock had been fixed and they apologised. That was it. I expected a much better service from a 4 star hotel service since we were deprived from all our belongings like pijamas, tooth brush, phone charger, fresh underwear for next morning amongst other stuff. It was a huge disappointment for such a nice hotel and its surrounding area.

  Reasonably priced, decent rooms okay breakfast. Cracking location - only a 2 minute walk from the Theater U-Bahn station and Museens Quartier.

  This hotel has the basics covered well and the bed is very comfy. The rooms are quite simple but clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful whatever issue you may have. Location is good as while not in the very centre it is just right in being a few minutes walk away while benefitting from being quiet and not too touristy.

  Great locatiin close to Museum Quartier, Vienna longest shpopping street, Museum of Natural History and other sightseeings. Breakfast optioins aren't so great but the in house resturant is good . WiFi on the 3rd floor was really poor and was almost inexistent in some parts of the room.

  Good quality, helpful service, good strudel. In house restaurant is not great but convenient. Very good location in between museums and shopping.
