Hotel in ottima posizione, fantastico, accogliente, con personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. cucina ottima e colazione abbondante con vasta scelta. l'hotel dispone di una sua SPA, nuova e attrezzatissima, che esaudisce ogni richiesta di benessere; si può inoltre usufruire di un collegamento diretto/interno con le Alpentherme. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Terribile. Dopo esserci rimasto una notte con la mia famiglia me ne sono andato il giorno successivo. La prima volta che mi succede nella vita ed io sono una persona che viaggia moltissimo. Assolutamente da evitare visto che i prezzi sono da 4 stelle per un sevizio da 2 scarse. Potrei scrivere molte cose negative ma mi limito alle principali: camdre ( avevamo una deluxe suite ) piccole e mal arrangiate, freddo ( nonostante avessi comunicato che il riscaldamento non era in funzione abbiamo passato la notte al freddo con un bambino di 3 anni ) biancheria danneggiata, piscina con acqua fredda, cibo di buona qualità ma estremamente scarso nella scelta e nella quantità. Attenzione all' ospite inesistente all' insorgere delle problematiche. Prezzi che non ho trovato neppure alle Maldive ( bottiglia d'acqua naturale da 0,75 a oltre 5 euro e via dicendo ) e parcheggio per la macchina distante. Nonostante avessi segnalato le problematiche maggiori in modo da poter trovare una soluzione non ho mai avuto la possibilità di incontrare un manager o da esso essere contattato per trovare una soluzione alternativa.
Consiglio vivamente di evitarlo, non ne vale la pena se non volete rivinarvi la vacanza.

Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Hoteleigene Spabereich ist sehr schön und es gibt zusätzlich noch einen Bademantelgang zur Therme.

My wife and I were really lucky to stay in this hotel for one week during August 2014, I mean lucky because we just booked it in a sort of rush and without expecting much from it. We knew that in Austria the standards regarding tourism are among the highest in the world, so we went there and our experience couldn't have been better.
Amazing and comfortable room, the atmosphere and ambience were friendly and very kind. I specially like to mention our waiter Kurt Tiefenbachen who was always very professional and made us feel real welcome from the very first day, always with a smile and kindness, in fact all the staff were friendly and kept a high standard. My wife and I love a place when people around specially the locals are nice and friendly, this was the case and not only at the hotel if not everywhere we went. I highly recomend this hotel. Thanks a lot for everything and extremely delighted that this was one of our best holidays.response / report this review
