  The receptionist does not respect the guest and she talk load & she refuse to answer any questions when we asked her. Really very bad experience in Zell am see.

  The stuff not welcoming me as it should be except there was a lady she was so helpful . Also the place is hard to park , the position of this hotel not convenient .

  This hotel is on the outskirts of the centre of Zell Am See, beautiful views from every bedroom overlooking the lake. The food is trying to be fine dining but doesn't always work. We were very happy with our small room for 2 people and the service from staff.

  Rooms can accommodate 3 pax easily. Lake view is beautiful. Easy access to the surrounding town and shops. WiFi is available in the rooms for free. Ground floor booking is not recommended because of mosquitoes. They don't have language assistants ;you will have to carry your language by yourself.

  Prachtig uitzicht Laken na mijn ervaring met het werken in dit hotel en Jtah erg slecht en ongemakkelijk kamers en plaats Oude helaas beeld Ogrtne vanaf de buitenkant en het uitzicht in mijn ervaring is niet de moeite waard het 4-sterren en niet de behuizing saaie plek waard en Modvin weigerachtig
  Schöne Aussichten Laeken nach meiner Erfahrung mit in diesem Hotel arbeiten und Jtah sehr schlecht und unbequem Zimmer und legen Alte leider Ogrtne Bild von außen und Ansichten in meiner Erfahrung ist es nicht wert das 4-Sterne und nicht das Gehäuse langweiliger Ort und Modvin unkooperativ
  أطلاله جميله لاكن بعد تجربتي مع العاملين في هذا الفندق وجته ‏سيء للغايه والغرف غير مريحه والمكان قديم للأسف أغرتني الصورة من الخارج والأطلاله وحسب تجربتي لا يستحق 4 نجوم ولا يستحق السكن فيه ممل المكان والموضفين غير متعاونين
  Beautiful views Laeken after my experience with working in this hotel and Jtah very bad and uncomfortable rooms and place Old unfortunately Ogrtne image from the outside and views in my experience is not worth the 4-star and not worth the housing boring place and Modvin uncooperative
