  Location: excellent.
  Staff: supportive
  Apartment size: big and nice.
  Balcony: big and nice.
  Fully equipped kitchen forks and spoons need to be replaced.
  Nesspreso machine available, they sell each capsule 0.8 EUR, in market 10 capsules cost 2.99 EUR.
  Coffee machine available.
  Water boiler available
  Parking: Free
  Internet: Free but every minute it disconnect and connect again.
  Cleanliness: V. Good
  Price: V. Good
  Zell am See and Kaprun summer card available.
  Laundry: Self service and cost 3.5 EUR for washing machine and 3.5 EUR for dryer.
  Check in: 3 PM - 5 PM only otherwise you have to wait.
  Final cleaning fee is 75 EUR which is too high.
  No A/C, if you open windows you will be disturbed by cars and walking peoples.
  No blackout curtains, if you can't sleep in light you will have a difficult to sleep.
  Beds are really not soft at all.

  Clean, nice people operating it, free private parking, transportation easy anywhere bus stop in front of the hotel, services around the hotel in walking distance.
