Stayed here for two nights. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Excellent service, would like to give 5 star for their services. People can enjoy their stay very well. I would like to recommend this hotel for people searching for comfortable and safe stay.

I didn't order room service, use the spa, or eat at the restaurant, but I can say that the rooms are wonderful - comfortable beds, toilets are in a separate room from the (really nice) showers. The front desk is helpful and the staff friendly.

Great hotel located within walking district of all district 1. Also, super close to cool bars (in the opposite direction). Two saunas and a steam room make a long day of touring the city a lot more relaxing before heading back out on the town.

Hotel Sans Souci is a fabulous mix of modern and contemporary, with a beautiful, renovated interior and a very European exterior. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful, providing city maps and information on where to explore. They were happy to make recommendations based on how long we were staying, and also assisted in making dinner reservations. Lovely breakfast buffet, and the rooms are large, well appointed and have beautiful high ceilings.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff allways looks that the gests feel at home. The hotel is not located right at the center of the city, but is very well located within walking distance of the main attractions.

Located at a very convenient location next to MuseumsQuartier, volkstheater, tram and underground. So many restaurants nearby if you are not satisfied by the restaurant in the hotel (so unlikely).

I did not stay in this hotel but was staying next door. However I am touched by the professionalism and helpfulness of their staff. The concierge and reception staff were extremely helpful in guiding us and getting us some tour bookings done.
I'll certainly book this hotel on my next visit to Vienna

Was traveling through Europe with some friends, and decided to spend some time in Vienna. So we spent 3 nights in this excellent Hotel with its spacious rooms and attentive service. Our bed was very comfy. My lady loved their Spa.

The bottom line: nothing but exquisite 5 Star rooms, royal service, and gourmet food.
We'll definitely revisit next time we're in Vienna.
