The staff and manager are all cheater, they over sold and request us exchange hotel more far away train station, they promis will pick up us to train station next morning, but no one show up so that we miss our train and delay schedule. Very bad and terrible experience.

Not the best experience poor reception staff member who was more interested in his phone than serving customers. Unhelpful when room was not what we expected. Bed comfortable and breakfast alright.

After a hot week in Innsbruck I reserved an air conditioned room with parking for my family. The room was not air conditioned, there was a half empty bottle of water on the table, and I was told the parking lot was full so I should park on the adjacent street. The only way to cool the ground level room was to open the window which opened directly into the hotel's small but busy car park area. Every person in the car park could see directly into the room and when they talked it sounded as if they were in the room.

Staff very polite. My room was clean and in order. Breakfast was ok, but no cooked food. Bus #3 stops in front of the hotel and drives you to the city center in 10 minutes.

Good place for an inexpensive Salzburg stay. Bus stop is in front of the hotel l, it takes 10 minutes to get to Rathaus in the old center.

Pros: Good position with the OBUS line #3 just outside the hotel. Room was clean and cozy, free parking lot available. Cons: receptionist almost didn't speak english, reception closed at night and sunday(!!). No Salzuburg Card here unlike every other hotel in town (infact,we bought it from a competitor!)

Nice hof just outside citycenter. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Comfortable room, nice breakfast and esay parking.

Nice place to stay in Salzburg. Clean rooms, even if not so big. We tried the breakfast: simple, but with fresh food. It's placed just a few bus stops from the center of the city.
