  Staff were nice enough to let us in and dine at the restaurant even if we were not hotel guests. Shoutout to Julius and one other staff from Kyrgyztan (forgot his name.)

  Wunderschönes, hervorragendes Wellness-Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem, großen Restaurant. Phantastischer Zugspitz-Blick. Sehr zuvorkommedes Personal mit sehr gutem Service.

  One star for the employees of this hotel. The last year i have been living in many different hotels. I have never stayed in a hotel like this where the employees like having a discussion with clients. They are giving us so much stress while we come here to relax. Arguing about the way I dress at the breakfast bar, telling my mother what she can say and cant say, complaining about smoking (twice) in the room while we absolutely hate smoking. Asking for a fee when we asked for a different room. Ridiculous. We are here with a group of 25 persons and are renting +/- 10 rooms. Customer service has been forgotten here. The view, rooms and food are very very nice though!!!

  An absolutely beautiful hotel, with no faults. The evening meals are multiple courses with an abundance of choice, and the breakfasts are a lovely mixture to please everyone. The spa is wonderfully relaxing and quiet with a picturesque view of the snow capped mountains, despite being underneath the hotel. The views from the vast rooms are incredible, looking out over the Austrian peaks with skiers and boarders one side, and the sleepy village of Lermoos the other. An absolutely wonderful place in the world.

  Wir sind schon viele Jahre Gast im Hotel Post, Postschlössl und es gefällt uns immer wieder sehr gut.
  Schade ist Markus Salez nicht mehr dort, man merkt es leiderder Service hat etwas nachgelassen und die Mahlzeiten sind nicht mehr immer vom Feinsten wie wir es uns immer gewohnt waren.
  Wir werden aber auf jeden Fall wieder hin und hoffen es bessert sich wieder, evtl. mit einem neuen Restaurant-Chef.

  Tipico hotel tirolese,ottima cucina e ospitalità,camere spaziose e arredate in stile montanaro,bella la beauty farm con piscina riscaldata anche esterna.

  ein besonderer ort der ruhe, familie dengg sorgt mit herzlichkeit und gastlichkeit dafür sich wohl zu fühlen. Ich bin als single willkommen, mein tisch wurde mit dezenten abstand zu den anderen tischen plaziert, so konnte ich ungestört mein frühstück und mein abendessen genießen. eine besondere, professionelle geste der gastgeber.
  der panoramablick auf die zugspitze, in lermoos ist sensationell.
  hier konnte ich mich erholen und die ddelikaten speisen genießen. Der freundliche sevice umsorgte mich unaufdringlich und professionell.
  die wellness oase, ist sehr gepflegt und großzügig gestaltet.
  wer sich hier entspannen will, kann sich hier auf wunderschöne tage in einer suite mit zugspitzblick freuen.
