Fancy Design hotel in Kappl with free shuttle service to Ischgl and the cable cars. Dark & sensual design in the public spaces and rooms. Elegant spa area with large pool, different saunas and steam rooms and well equipped gym. Food in the restaurant was from good quality (incl. breakfast). Staff overall very nice and professional. The hotel owner, Mr Liebhauser, shows presence, which is always positive.

We had the chance to stay in the Presidential suite on the top flor which is huge and offers a huge jacuzzi, a cozy open fireplace and great views of the valley.

Have a look on their Facebook/Instagram account to get an idea of the style and their guests, as its definately not everyone's taste.

We had a great stay and even though there is some room for improvements of details, we can definitely recommend the hotel.

Went here to eat. Very good steak! Bit pricy, but very friendly and good food. Try the Argentinian steak.

Fantastic place. You pay a lot and you get the comforts you want. Breakfast at 22 euro seems ridiculous, but it is quite delicious as well.

Generally a very nice hotel. We have just returned from our escond stay for one week in this hotel. First time was last year at the same time. Interior and Design are perfect for a winter hotel. Dark and cozy with a very nice spa. Unfortunately Service cannot meet the 5 Star Level they aspire to be at. Very long waiting times for Service especially in the Restaurant of the hotel, spa could need more regular cleaning (removing used towels and cups from visitors that already left the spa, wiping the floor etc.). The shuttle Service they have is very convenient. Some additional Services were missing that we expect of a hotel in this category e.g. a Selection of pillows for the room.
Overall 4 Stars. Design only would be full points but Service is maximum at 3 Stars level. Hoping to return for another year and hopefully by then the staff is better trained.

Perfect service and perfect stay. La Prairie SPA is amazing: pool, relaxing dimly-lit saunas, thorough service with treatments and strong massages. The hotel restaurant is brilliant, attentive staff made my stay seamless.
