Very central, clean, and hotel bar was nice ,although had breakfast else where ,as 20 euro per person, I thought was a bit steep, a small thing really, and would stay here again..recommended

Good location, thats all. Noiseist hotel ever. No idea how it has 4 stars. Cleaning service starts at 7am and lasts till 5pm. Make sure you're out of the hotel during this time as the noise they make is unbearable. Windows don't block out street noise either so unless its a quiet night in Saltzburg you'll be kept up. Showers are pitiful as well. Beds are okay though and the rooms are a decent size. Not a 4 star hotel though.

Loved this hotel. Although the furniture needs to be upgraded it was good value for money and the location was exceptional
The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble
The breakfast menu was outstanding.
I would recommend this hotel and I would certainly have no trouble revisiting

Such a lovely stay. Beds are super comfortable, and our partial mountain view was splendid. Great location to shopping, and the old city.

The Hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars and is outdated - worst NH Hotel I have seen until now - dissapointed. Good Location

Actually a 2-3 stars hotel. Clean and central but basic crowdes breakfast, old fashioned premises, the gym is just a treadmill, a cycle and ONE machine (no free weights etc) broken sometimes, long waiting for check in / out.

This hotel has nothing but a good location, small parking lots, and if you have a lot of luggage you'll have to bring yourself to your room, terrible at cleaning the rooms, room service is terrible and they make you pay extra to deliver it to your room while other normal hotels don't charge you extra for delivering it to your room. There are a lot of better hotels here in salzburg with amazing location and view.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. Within a 5 minute walk to Mozart's house and the river. Also next to pedestrian area only zones. Since we were coming from over seas, they were super helpful in getting us a rental care to drive into the mountains. Neighbors can be a little noisy, but otherwise I would come back here.

Very nice hotel within close walking distance to the altstadt. Includes a fridge and has large windows with nice views. Room service is reasonably priced.

Great place in best location. Rooms are good. Nothing to complain about. Car garage is rather small so don't be last in.

Ticks the boxes. Clean, tidy, friendly staff. Rooms fine but no hot drink making capability My 4th stay, very consistent.
