The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Graz so is within walking distance of all the sites and amenities. Staff are pleasant and helpful and rooms are spacious and well maintained so overall a nice hotel

During my car trip to Turkey I went to sleep here. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Parking is possible in the hotel garage for a small amount. I indicated that I wanted a baby bed, which is well arranged.

Not impressed at all with this hotel. It has been a while since I have stayed in a Mercure and don't know if I will again if this is the way they are positioning there hotels. Was more like staying in an ibis. There was no personality or warmth to the place. Everything was so cookie cutter and cheap. The linens in the room were super thin and poor quality. My bed sheets had two holes in them. The fitness centre and spa were also a joke. It was one of those hotels that felt like Accor was trying to keep everything in the hotel at the cheapest level possible. I get profits have to be made, but not at the expense of customer comfort and satisfaction. I would not recommend staying here.

Big rooms. Nice breakfast. Room service was useful in case you're there on a public holiday. Close to many shops and also to some of the main tourist attractions. Also close to bus stops with easy connections to the main train station.

Location downtown was good and the the price was great, but the staff was very unreliable. I booked a room for 2 and was told upon check in, that the room was set up for one but by that evening would be made up for 2. I get in from the Christmas markets at midnight, 1 towel 1 pillow. I had to call the desk to get them to bring the extra things up and i also had to make my own bed. Also dont expect to get an elevator in the morning because housekeeping uses the same elevators as patrons. 4 star hotel. 2 star service. 3 star price. Would stay again simply because of the location.

Been in a lot of Mercure hotels already and this one is one of the best I have been in. My room was big and clean. Only minus point for the room is the old look of the bathroom and toilet, needs a modern upgrade.
Breakfast was fine, fresh and a lot of variety! Staff was super friendly to me.response / report this review -

Good location, downtown is ca 10 min by foot, but it's easy to drive to. The usual Mercure-standard, solid quality, no surprises.

Exceptional staff who were very friendly. Food at the restaurant, for dinner and breakfast, was extremely good. The room was great with a good view.
