Beautiful view from the rooms with a great location. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast in the morning
This is a good place to stay with a sense of humour. The staff are nice, the decor is modern, breakfast is pretty good but the scrambled eggs are bland.
Rooms are quirky in that you can see into the shower from the bedroom via the full-length window. Maybe not ideal if you're sharing and shy!
Great shower though.
Small bedrooms and the air-con doesn't really work, so I ended up opening a window. If your room is by the road this isn't ideal.
10 minute walk into town.
All in all a good place to stay.
If you need to be close to the train station, this hotel is perfect. The rooms are quite small, but comfortable. A minibar / refrigerator would be great to have. The staff is very friendly and late check out at noon is convenient. The breakfast buffet has everything you can ask for and the bar is open 24 hours. You can rent bikes, scooters and an APE Calessino, which is pretty cool. Not the prettiest hotel in the world, but very good altogether, considering the price and what you get for it.
Second time I,ve stayed here . Nice hotel , stayed on the same room twice . Breakfast is nice, staff nice, location is good for getting around on the trams . 3stars because they made mistakes on the bill to the tune of £54. Tried to get it sorted there and then but night manager told me I would have to do it via e-mail 'not acceptable'. Luckily I was in Graz for a few more days so popped back and sorted it, but had to argue to get my money back 'not acceptable' not my mistake. Nice hotel check your bill before putting your credit in the machine.
Very good hotel at an affordable price. The breakfast is amazing, and it offers a good variety of food. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. It's also near to the train station.
A bit pricey, of course nice and high end but not the best thing you can get for that kinda of money. Breakfast is awesome but usually paid separately. The loggia room has a great view and it's a bit better in terms of comfort. They don't have tables inside the rooms so if you plan to work forget it.!
Great hotel! Great breakfast!
It's perfectly located, near to railway and tram station. 10min from the airport by train or taxi.
I definitely recommend you this hotel
Upon first arrival I was impressed with the look and feel in the foyer of the Hotel. The staff spoke good English and were helpful answering my questions.
The room was modern, clean and tidy. All utilities functioned and worked correctly, nothing was broken or damaged.
Breakfast was laid out well and the food was fresh.
There are local shops, restaurants and the supermarket was open till late.
I would highly recommend to anyone staying for both short or long business trips. I will stay here again in a few weeks.
Clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff!
Nice and cozy rooms; good location, not far from the train and close to public transportation, although one can also reach everything by foot from here.
Good services, not that expensive and in front of Graz central train station

Excellent hotel just next to the central station. Innovative and creative room interior. Please be aware that the shower has a glass window facing out in the room. Opt for a Loggia class room and get a nice balcony. AC not really cooling the room down so might get toasty in summer. Also the city center is quite a walk.
