Spacious room but slightly worn and/or dated refurbishment. Good housecleaning. Very polite and accomodating staff. Very nice breakfast buffet. Somewhat noisy traffic and pedestrians outside at night.

Small and cosy hotel. Service and cleanliness is good. Restaurant food is limited - no fancy stuff. The breakfast is standard. Location is excellent.

Does what it says on the tin. Comfortable rooms with the expected facilities and generally polite staff. Easy access for disabled guests & good choice of breakfast options.
We didn't dine in the hotel other than breakfast but the dining room & bar area looked clean & inviting.
Close enough to the city centre to walk to main attractions or both bus & tram stops nearby.
Good value for money without being outstanding.

Good amenities but the shower ends up creeping under the shower door and soaking the whole bathroom. The rest of the room is perfect. Plus you get air con!

Hotel is on the older side. Close to old Vienna and located in a nice quiet area. Say access to red hop on hop off bus and metro stops if you're into that. If you take city express train a from the airport it will cost only 9 euros to take a cab to the hotel from the train station stop. Front desk service is friendly.

Nice hotel. Breakfast a bit pricey (usually not included in the room rate. I suggest 'breakfast at room' option at half price), location is good. Gym was a bit small and less equipped but wellness center was quite roomy (with dry sauna). Staff don't accept USD in cash but only with card.

A beautiful hotel with a sauna and fitness center. Very near to the city center. Many attractions near by. Loved my stay.

Nice place to stay; very clean and comfortable beds. We didn't spend the extra money on the breakfast but we should have. It looked great. I did have an opportunity to try the Hotel Strudel and I'm glad to say that it's very similar to the style and taste we make back home in Texas.
