I had a great weekend stay in this hotel.
The food was always freshly made and delicious. The staff is super friendly and was always ready to help me with anything I needed.
My room was very cozy and clean.
You can buy tickets for the mountain at the reception and there’s also a bus that takes your directly there from the Hotel.
The hotel has its own pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness area, ping pong table and a place to store your ski‘s and snowboards for the night.
It’s in a good location - near the center and the mountains with a beautiful view!

During my stay here I have enjoyed a polite & well trained staff ,as well as great food in the in-house restaurant and their wide variety fitness and relaxation options (i.e. swimming pool , table tennis and a sauna ). Another great feature of this hotel was being able to rent ski/snowboard equipment far cheaper then anywhere else in the area . And for an added bonus there is a free bus in which you can ride to the ski resort which only takes about 25 min.

Hotel di 4 stelle che ne vale 3. La località è bella , facilmente raggiungibile in auto. La prima cosa che non funziona è che alla reception non c'è quasi mai nessuno. Il personale è molto gentile, a tavola il menù è anche in italiano. Le camere sono pulite ma la parte vecchia avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata, x un 4 stelle ci sono ancora le TV con tubo catodico e le radio inserite nella testata del letto ! Comunque la camera è spaziosa e fornita del minimo indispensabile. La colazione non è male ma studiata soprattutto x gli stranieri, quindi niente brioches o torte fresche, ma neppure confezionate. La cena non è granché, le scelte proposte sono 3 ma la carne è immancabilmente tacchino o maiale ! La piscina è molto piccola e x raggiungerla dalle camere occorre attraversare il garage !

Krásný hotel se skvělým jídlem a personálem, čistými a pěknými pokoji a co je hlavní, s výhledem na okolní Alpy.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff! We have just finished our 6th or 7th stay at this hotel. Very good kitchen, warm pool, skies included in price and ski bus stop near the hotel entrance. Nothing can be better. Perfect for guests with kids. Highly recommend!

Böse Überraschung am Schluss der Ferien. Obwohl wir eine Offerte über ca. 500 € hatten, mussten wir am Ende noch 200 € mehr zahlen und uns von der Chefin beschimpfen lassen. Wir waren eine ganze Gruppe und werden nie mehr dorthin zurückkehren!
