We went for our ski vacation here in March. It was the best experience ever! The hotel is very nicely done, with a pool & spa, free shuttle or a short drive to ski lift.
The staff were excellent!! we really felt welcome here and the staff did everything to make our stay pleasurable, with a smile!! It was well worth our money - will definitely be going back here

Accommodation can be disappointing. We have stayed in the hotel for 7 nights during our skiing holiday. While the cuisine and wellness are very good in this hotel, some of the superior rooms look like 70's and clearly need some renovation. After a complaint the hotel has informed us that they have only very few more modern looking rooms. Compared to the price we have paid it was a disappointing experience.

highly recommended - staff was excellent and attention to detail was superb. Food every night was fantastic and varied. spa facilities and ski opportunities at Stubai are just awesome..

We have been in this hotel in the summer of 2007. The hotel is simply excellent. From the first minute you enter you feel very welcome. The staff is friendly (and it's an authentic friendliness), the service is great, the approach towards the children is fabulous and the food is unbelievable. For the first time, we are going back to the same place on holidays in the summer of 2008. And that counts.
