Thanks to all staff at this hotel as they do go out of their way to please. A special thank you as they stretch their service to cater for my lovely wife's gluten free needs.

This hotel has it all, well located, very good meals, child-friendly, very clean, and above all: an extremely kind and helpful staff. Seven years ago, we discovered the hotel, and since then, we wouldn't think about going elsewhere for our holidays in Kaprun.

Fantastic holiday, friendly staff, good food - what more do you need. Loved it so much we are going back this year and that's a first for us (if that's anything to go by)

Very good place to go, we went with tompson with an all inclusive trip, it was a very nice hotel and extraordianary price! The outdoor pool lacks in chlorine and felt rather "dirty" the indoor pool was much better and rather warm. The food that we got served was nice but you didnt have much choise, there is always a salad bar open and make sure to fill your plate up as the waiters and waitresses are rather eager to take your plates away
