Altogether - very nice spa experience. Schemes with the location and time of operation of the water massage would come in handy.

Fantastic variety of pools and saunas. All areas are spotlessly clean and the changing areas are spacious. Good food in the restaurant after an amazing breakfast buffet in the hotel. Thank you so much for the most relaxing one day holiday. Can't wait to return, love Tauren Spa!

The staff is very nice but I did not enjoy my massage I don't know it's from the spa or me because when I I read the massage summery for the one I choose I was shock that it's not what I read and understood so I did't get what I really want and need , I thought the touch down massage and the firgi wrap is the best one but unfortunately it is not I wish I took the full body massage instead of touch one me and my family where disappointed but in general the place and the staff are good

Good 5 star hotel with large parking lots, staff were friendly and ready to help, free wifi everywhere and clean well organized room. Breakfast was also good.
However, no one helped with the baggage and we had to buy a water boiler because it's not available in the room.response / report this review -

What a great place! Reasonably priced. Not over-crowded. Several day pass options. Lots of pool choices and temperatures. Visiting this spa really put a positive spin on a cold, dreary day in Zell.

Found ourselves stuck in the mountains on a rainy and thought we would give this place a try. There are two parts Water World and Spa/Sauna World.
Water world. bunch of pools, lazy river and water slide. Great for kids and families and would have been awesome on a nice day. Lots of seats around the pools and they are heated to make them enjoyable year round.
Spa/Sauna world This is the adult side of the place. Nude pools and saunas to enjoy. There is also a swimsuit sauna if that's more your speed. Very relaxing.
They have a huge locker room, tanning beds and a restaurant and bistro as well.
We got passes for 3 hours of both sides (35 euro pp). Looking back only need the Spa World tickets.
I would definitely go back again. It was relaxing and enjoyable especially as a rainy day activity.response / report this review -

Very good place to relax after ski. A few pools with different kinds of temperature - hot and cold, jacuzzi, saunas. You can relax watching Kitztainhorn. :-)

This is the best hotel we have ever been. The rooms are amazing and modern. The pool/spa section is spectacular and don't forget the surroundings. To be able to ski until 14:00 and then be in the pool at 14:30 is great. The food menu at dinner is delicious and the staff are really kind and wonderful. The special offers for the golf courses nearby are great for the summer. Just overall an outstanding experience!

Doesn't worth the price (23€ for 3h). The advertised glass skyline pool is accessible for hotel guests only. Moreover, sauna is not included in the price (extra 12€) and there is no indoor swimming pool.
On the other hand, there is a great view from both outside and inside pools, faint music under water and salt-water pools. However, it is nothing but an overpriced relaxation area.response / report this review -

Overall good experience because of sauna area and restaurant. Be aware that the pic with the rooftop pool on every promotion is only hotel guests only! And only 1 pool is kind of hot spring, others just heated. Very good infusions at saunas, delicious food at restaurant.

Outstanding spa facilities! For relaxing make sure to book the sauna area, yet be prepared that the majority of it is nude area. If you're cool with that, you have 8+ saunas to choose from and a separate relaxing area. Their restaurant offers freshly made food with healthy options. Great to take a day of skiing.
