When we rented from this store, we were the only customers and the person renting us the bikes was very rude and acted like we were a huge imposition to her. Then, on our bike trip, we got a flat. We had to take a bus back to city cutting the trip short. When we returned the bikes the next day we were charged for the flat tire saying that the flat tire was caused by a thorn. When we examined the tire, we did not see anything embedded in the tire. Also, we were able to pump up the tire and the tire was full for awhile before becoming flat again. So my only conclusion is this thorn must be a super teleportation thorn.
I've never experienced a policy, were you rent a bike ,experience a flat tire and are charged for it. I've also never experienced such bad customer service any where else.response / report this review
