The hotel has preserved the hospitality and sweetness of littel family hotel. Unbelievable view, opportunity for different activities. I am in love with it!

Great value with a nice spa/sauna/pool area. Breakfast was great, dinner ok but nothing special.
Rooms were large and comfy, even though it's a bit strange to have 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and one with sink/shower.
Service was good but nothing special, some personnel seemed a bit short in tone and not very friendly,.response / report this review -

We've loved all about it. The food is great! The afternoon snack is plenty for a lighter lunch, wonderfully situated at the base of the mountain so you get the valley warmth and sunshine as well as the closeness to the glacier. Plenty of menities to make it just fun enough.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for 6 nights. The staff did everything they could for you and was very serviceminded if you had any questions etc. The food and services sauna, steambath and the spa facilities was excellent. Have to recommended the hiking facilities in the mountains, as well as biking and paragliding. Thanks a lot. We hope to be back this winter for skiing. I am here since one week, another one to go, and I love it. Lots of green around the Hotel, great fun for all family members aged 2-40. Can't wait for my next spa treatment. And the staff here is very kind, helpful and attentive. Absolut great place.
