  This is not a luxury hotel. Poor price to value ratio. Cleanliness could be improved ( sofa, carpet, behind the bed) We just stayed in another place last week, two minutes from this location for less than 200 euro and it was impressive. This place was just meh. Left with bad aftertaste of being cheated. Luckily the employee cancelled the charge of 20.00 euro for breakfast / per person, which supposed to be included in the original booking. It was NOT a 20 euro breakfast.

  Finally we have found austrian cuisine in flood of chinese and indian restaurants in Salzburg. Very good service, perfect food. I can recommend.

  Must say, a really nice place, except only one child seat, and steap stears for bathroom (if coming with a family). They have a family menu, and coloring book for children We really had a great time!

  I put two because of the food. It is good. The service though some of the rudest waitresses I've made. We used an app for reserving a table from 3 blocks away from the restaurant. We were just visiting Salzburg for the day and the system from the app said we could do the reservation (it was in the next ten minutes) so we assumed everything was fine. We got to the restaurant and the head waitress looked at me and told me: "You made the reservation from here right now, it is full or we do you expect to seat?" With a very unpleasant tone and rude face. I told her I did it from three blocks away and we assumed it was OK since the app let us do it. At the end she cleaned a table with a very bad attitude and we decided to stay just because every other restaurant close was very crowded. The food at least was really good and very Austrian.

  Stopped in to have a gluhwein and take shelter from the cold, briefly. Nice enough place, although the staff could have been nicer.
  I'm sure we would have enjoyed it more if we'd ordered food.
