My parents, husband, and I spent two glorious days at this hotel and we are eager to return. This is a Spa and wellness hotel and not a tourist hotel, which is why we chose it. I speak some German, but my parents and husband speak only English. We were happy to find that the hotel provided English translations for the restaurant menus, Spa offerings, and information about the rooms and surrounding area. And all the staff spoke perfect English. Petra, from reception, went out of her way to make our stay special. She gave us an excellent tour of the hotel and our rooms upon our arrival, helped us with our bags, and informed us of some wonderful hikes right outside of the hotel. The hotel is equipped with lovely common areas like fitness areas, a relaxing library, roof top with amazing views, in-door/out-door pools, and a spa with everything you could imagine. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the pools and the massages we received during our stay. We were delighted with the included meals. Breakfast had everything we could want including an omelet bar, lunch included soups and salads, and dinner was a delicious multi-course meal. We loved every bite! We stayed in the Loser rooms with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The rooms were spotless and offered every convenience including robes and slippers. The hotel doesn’t offer Air Conditioning because it’s never very hot in the Alps so we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Great service, amazing variety in activities and beautifully kept. The views are what you need to wake up to, can spend a week without even leaving the hotel and be happy.

Die Wasnerin hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir ein Jahr später wieder gebucht haben. Der erste Besuch hat mir allerdings besser gefallen. Wieso? Zwischenzeitlich wurde das Hotel / Zimmerkapazität vergrössert, während der Wellness-Bereich gleich geblieben ist. Was dazu führte, dass der SPA-Bereich sehr stark frequentiert wurde und quasi zu voll war. Dies war auch im Restaurantbereich spürbar; es war nicht mehr ganz diese aufmerksame und individuelle Betreuung der Gäste vorhanden. Wir wurden quasi bei jeder möglichen Gelgenheit auf Bewertugnen in Sozialen Medien und Empfehlungen aufmerksam gemacht – als wiederkehrende Gäste sind wir jedoch untergegangen. So und was hat mir jetzt so gut gefallen, dass ich das Hotel wieder gebucht habe und weiterempfehlen würde: die Wasnerin hat eine super Lage respekitve ist abgelegen und eignet sich deshalb für eine Auszeit. Die Zimmer sind gross, hell, tiptop sauber. Der Wellness-Bereich hat alles was es braucht, ine schöne Atmosphäre und auch hier macht das Reinigungspersonal einen 1a-Job. Das Essen ist fantastisch und regionale Produkte werden angeboten. Das Personal wirkte extrem gut geschult und freundlich. Ein weiteres grosses Plus; das Hotel ist inhabergeführt.

Wellnesshotel in schöner Gegend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht zu toppen. Das Abendessen findet in stilvollem Rahmen statt, die Küche ist exzellent. Der neu gestaltete Wellnessbereich wirkt sehr großzügig. Vielen Dank an den Masseur, der die Verspannungen in meinem Rücken kuriert hat. Das Fitnesscenter ist für ein Hotel relativ professionell ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich und geräumig.
Altaussee und Grundlsee sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar und immer sehenswert.
Die überdachten Garagenplätze sind auch sehr praktisch, das nächste Mal werden wir mit dem Sportwagen kommen.

Unser Urlaub in Bad Aussee war äußerst entspannend und wir konnten es richtig genießen. Um den Altausseersee spazieren, in der Sauna wieder aufwärmen und im wunderschönen Raum der Ruhe ausspannen. Gutes Essen den ganzen Tag über, nettes Personal und Kaminfeuer Atmosphäre beim Cocktail am Abend :)

Haben uns sehr gut erholt. Besonders das freundliche und bemühte Personal ist zu loben. Schöne geräumige Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz zu entspannen. Die gebuchte Teilkörpermassage war top! Kommen gerne wieder :-)

The food was not too good, it looked good but tasted little, and the room was pretty warn out. The spa was very nice though and the staff were very kind.

Best wellness hotel we ever been! We tried a few around Bavaria and Austria, and we said we'll never go at the same place twice as we want to see different places. Well, Wasnerin changed everything. We have been there two times now, and we'll go there again. Next to the beautiful landscape, the friendly staff, the excellent food and wines, you get descent rooms, a great spa and an amazing sauna outside. And everything for a good value for money! Only thing is you need to book in advance, as it is all season fully booked. Oh and the Loserspitze view is nice!
