  Sorry to say, this is one of the worst office I have visited in my life, they are completely unfriendly and there attitude is at there peak.

  Why did he have to complain about my poor German? I’m new here, my German is not so bad and bureaucratic German is difficult. It’s rude and unwelcoming. But a googlemaps review isn’t going to change anything.

  Went there in an attempt to pay the car registration tax (NoVA) and ended up being processed by this guy with moustache and an authoritarian attitude asking about a document I was apparently missing.
  
  All I'm saying is that for someone who's about to "invest" a 4 digit amount of money on a tax, a bit of kindness is not that much to ask for.

  Es ist einfach eine Behörde, alles dauert ewig lang und sie zögern mit doppelten Auskunftsanforderungen auch noch zeit heraus.

  Eine Frechheit ist das alles. Wozu werden all die Leute dort bezahlt.
  Denn ihre Arbeit verrichten sie ganz sicher nicht.
  Warte schon seit mehr als einen monat auf eine UID nummer, welche ich als Selbstständiger dringend benötige. Ohne die UID Nummer kann ich bei meinen Händlern nicht einkaufen und die ganze Arbeit steht, dank inkompentes Personal bei der Finanz.
  Aber sobald es um Steuerrückzahlung usw. geht sind sie sofort da und willig zu arbeiten.
  Immer wenn man anruft und nachfragt wird man entweder weitergeleitet oder sie legen einfach auf.
  Leere versprechungen machen zwecks zurückrufen haben sie auch sehr gerne.
