Selten so erholt nach einem Wochenende gewesen. Man kümmert sich nicht nur rührend um die Kinder, sondern auch um die ganze Familie. Alles was auf der Webseite beschrieben ist, findet man auch so vor. Tolle Ausflüge in der Umgebung möglich. Die Tiere sind ein Highlight. Im Mai kommen wir wieder.

I stayed here with a party of 4 but also with a tour group over Xmas week. We all had an amazing stay and found the hotel very clean and the staff friendly. They could benefit from a bigger bar and more bar staff, but I believe that is coming in 2018.

However I must note that as a vegetarian I was not always catered for during the first 4 days at snack time and dinner, after much complaining we finally sorted it out for dinner only. There appeared to be a communication breakdown between Management, the Kitchen, Reception and serving staff. But once it was sorted the vegetarian food was very nice and well thought out. It was a shame this was not put into place from the beginning as we informed the hotel before we stayed and on out first day I was veggie. I did enjoy the breakfast daily which was delicious.

I am still scoring the hotel 5 stars as it was a family break and I can't fault much else. I certain didn't starve so not having a veggie option was not the end of the world. Our room was not one of the nicer rooms but it was very clean and bed and shower were excellent. There was some complaints from the group about misinformation from reception staff, but honestly I didn't care much about that. The Spar across the road is v handy and I would recommend going full or half board as there is not much happening in the town where the hotel is situated.

Wonderful hotel! The team is always ready to help you and give you good advice for nice walk.
Room are spacious and comfortable and meals are excellent! We will come again for sure.
