Fantastic hotel with good transport links to the rest of the city. Restaurant has a small menu of items which are all done very well. Lovely big terrace and a nice birthday surprise! Had a really great stay here.

Currently enjoying a great breakfast here. This is a very comfortable, well appointed city hotel. Well served by conveniently close public transport, it's easy and quick to access the heart of Wien. Staff are friendly and ultra efficient as you would expect from a Falkensteiner.

Friendly and clean. Breakfast was good. Close to the subway and quick to get into Central Vienna. Would stay again. Only weird thing is that the rooms have these awful half blankets that don't cover your whole body.. Stupid choice for a place you come to sleep. I asked for a second one as they don't have bigger blankets.

it's Nice hotel to stay staff are friendly and it's very good for families with children because they have play hall with huge projector and so many toys. I really enjoyed the staying.

Room was beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly and kind. One problem I had: first night temperature in room was 15''C and after that I get sick. Air condition system is strength. It's not possible open windows in rooms. Every day room was cleaned. All other thinks I liked.

Nice clean room with friendly, mostly English speaking staff. Comfy bed but the double bed is two singles that slide apart far too easily. Good location close to underground station that makes getting around very easy and not too many stops to most attractions. However, the cleaning staff have an awful habit of walking into the room unannounced which really wasn't appreciated
