  We stayed in a family room with an extra large bed plus a sofa bed. Very important for us travelling with an infant.
  Plus points -
  very spacious and clean rooms
  Balcony with breathtaking views to the valley
  Just outside Salzburg and can do all the nice places around Salzburg area (all lakes, peaks, gorges etc)
  Ski lift and skiing area around the hotel
  Amazing place for bikers and hikers with trails from the hotel to the valley
  Restaurant in the hotel serves amazing food which is cooked to perfection
  Very helpful staff. There is no room service but on request they served the dinner in the room as it was difficult for us to eat in a restaurant with a screaming infant.
  
  Room for improvement
  A minibar in the room would be very good and is a necessity for travellers with infants to store baby foods
  
  Negative point
  As it is in a village, around 10 mins drive from Salzburg from where all public transports start for touristry places, the guests need to mandatorily keep a car if they want to stay in this hotel.

  We loved staying at this wonderful hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the hotel and rooms were spotless, the breakfast had much variety and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The surrounding nature was perfect for quiet time. The hotel is conveniently located close to Salzburg city center.

  I reached here and went to another hotel. Lol. The rooms didn't feel right. There was no real lock and honestly the hotel pictures were deceiving. I mean the pictures were bright and made you say this hotel deserve more than 3 stars but when i reached the hotel it was not that bright. So overall it was fine but no thanks. Other than the outstanding view there is nothing eles that would let me to stay in it.

  Very nice view on the north, I was in summer but think hotel is better for winter because we had mosquitos during summer.Very close to Salzburg.

  Came in August, seemed understaffed and much older than the pictures show off the sites. Wifi not really in room. Friendly people, beautiful location though. 20 minute drive from Salzburg city center.
